Programs Infants

Infants (6 weeks – 18 months)

Your baby's first steps away from home should feel like being held. Our infant room is quiet, unhurried, and shaped entirely around your baby's own rhythm.

Held, Known, and Never Rushed

Every infant has a key caregiver who learns their cues — the hungry cry versus the tired one, the exact way they like to be rocked. Ratios never exceed one to three, and often feel like one to one.

We follow feeding and sleep plans from home to the letter, whether that's expressed milk on a schedule or naps strictly on demand. Tummy time, treasure baskets, and garden air fill the waking hours.

A Day in the Infant Room

Babies don't do timetables — but days here have a soft shape. Here's how a typical morning and afternoon unfold around naps and feeds.

  1. MorningCuddles & floor play. Tummy time, mirrors, and songs while the room wakes up.
  2. MiddayGarden air & lunch. Pram walk or blanket time outside, then feeds your way.
  3. AfternoonSensory hour. Water, fabric, treasure baskets — then stories as eyes grow heavy.
  4. AlwaysNaps on demand. Rocked, shushed, or patted — however your baby falls asleep at home.

Infant Questions, Answered

Can you follow our feeding routine exactly?

Yes — that's the job. You write the plan, we follow it to the minute, and we log every feed so you can see it at pickup.

What is the caregiver-to-baby ratio?

Never more than one caregiver to three babies, with a named key caregiver for each child. Most of the day it feels closer to one to one.

How will I know how my baby's day went?

A daily diary with feeds, naps, nappies, play, and photos — plus a quick chat at pickup and a message anytime in between.

Give Your Baby the Gentlest Start
