When you send an enquiry, book a visit, or join our waiting list, we collect your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about your child (such as age, routines, allergies, or care needs). Our website also records basic, anonymous visit counts so we know which pages parents find useful.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange visits.
- To manage places, waiting lists, and settling-in.
- To keep children safe — sharing care information only with the caregivers who need it.
We never sell your information, and we never share it for marketing by other organisations.
Photos and updates
Daily photos are shared only with a child's own parents through our private updates, and only with written consent. We never publish identifiable photos of children on this website or social media without explicit parental permission.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to two years. Records for enrolled children are kept as required by childcare regulations, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time — email hello@cedarnook.com and we'll respond within one month.
