Frequently Asked Questions
Everything parents usually ask before joining. Something missing? Just ask us.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, during term time with holiday clubs in most school breaks. Drop-off has a relaxed window until 9:30 so mornings never feel rushed.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on your child's age and the sessions you choose, and always include meals, nappies, and outings. Contact us for the current fee sheet — we'll also explain funded-hours options for eligible 2, 3 and 4-year-olds.
How do settling-in sessions work?
We begin with two short visits alongside you, then build up gently over the first week. Your child's key caregiver guides the whole process, and we adjust the pace to your child — never the other way round.
What are your caregiver-to-child ratios?
One to three for infants, one to four for toddlers, and one to eight for preschoolers — always meeting or beating requirements. Every child also has a named key caregiver.
What about meals, naps and nappies?
All included. Fresh food cooked on site with allergies carefully managed, naps in a calm dedicated room following each child's rhythm, and nappies and wipes provided. You'll get a daily diary covering all three.
How do you keep children safe?
Secure entry with authorised pickup only, background-checked caregivers trained in paediatric first aid, and monitored routines throughout the day. Safeguarding policies are available for every parent to read.
What happens when my child is ill?
We ask children to stay home with fever, vomiting, or anything contagious, following standard exclusion guidance. If a child becomes unwell here, we comfort them, call you promptly, and keep them resting with their key caregiver until pickup.
How do I join? Is there a waiting list?
Start with a visit — meet the team, see the rooms, ask anything. If we're full in your child's age group, we'll add you to the waiting list with a realistic timeframe and stay in touch. A small deposit secures your place once offered.
